Singtel expands global IoT reach with enhanced Multi-Domestic Connectivity solution

Singtel is making global IoT deployment simpler and more seamless with the launch of its enhanced Multi-Domestic Connectivity solution, developed in partnership with cloud-native IoT provider floLIVE. The new offering allows enterprises to manage international IoT rollouts across more than 190 markets through a single, scalable access point which removes the need to juggle multiple mobile network operator agreements, SIM platforms, and billing systems.

To strengthen its reach, Singtel has also signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Lenovo Connect, a global wireless service provider. Acting as a key channel partner, Lenovo Connect will collaborate with Singtel to help OEMs expand globally through a unified platform that streamlines connectivity and ensures regulatory compliance.

This solution is particularly significant for automotive OEMs building the next wave of connected vehicles as they rely heavily on consistent and secure IoT connections for real-time navigation, updates, diagnostics, and even autonomous driving features. By combining Singtel’s international network, floLIVE’s multi-IMSI SIM technology, and Lenovo Connect’s connectivity expertise, enterprises can now accelerate product development and deployment while ensuring service quality across borders.

At the heart of the solution is Singtel’s Aggregator Connectivity Management Platform (CMP), which unifies fragmented global mobile network platforms into one cohesive portal. This platform provides features such as real-time diagnostics, eSIM (eUICC SGP.32) compatibility, seamless multi-network switching, and remote lifecycle management of SIMs and devices.

The initiative also targets the booming connected car market, projected to surpass US$250 billion by 2030, with Asia-Pacific leading the surge and Singtel already supports connected vehicle programs for automakers from the US, Europe, China, and Asia-Pacific, and with the integration of floLIVE and Lenovo Connect’s technologies, it is now better positioned to support real-time in-car services like over-the-air updates, smart navigation, and infotainment.

Singtel’s push into global IoT isn’t new. Since 2022, the company has offered localized solutions for the Asia-Pacific market, collaborated with Verizon for cross-border IoT activations, and spearheaded innovations in 5G RedCap and edge computing through platforms like Paragon. These efforts underscore Singtel’s continued evolution into a key player in scalable, secure, and compliant IoT connectivity worldwide.
